Sleep Dentistry (Conscious Sedation)
The Ultimate Comfort
Conscious sedation dentistry is a way of putting you in a state of extreme relaxation without IV sedation. It’s designed to help patients who avoid the dentist, or have dental anxiety, for reasons including:
- Fear of dentists/dental treatments
- Fear or discomfort with noises and tastes associated with dental care
- Fear of needles
- Sensitive teeth
- Trouble feeling numb after injections of Novocain
- Dental problems that may require longer treatment time in the dentist’s chair
These are just a few of the reasons why people may be so nervous about visiting the dentist that they don’t ultimately seek treatment. Conscious sedation dentistry aims to change that.
- Conscious sedation dentistry involves taking a pill one hour before your appointment with Dr. Sadri. You will already be feeling very drowsy by the time you arrive at our office.
- You will not be completely asleep during your treatment, and you will be able to communicate with Dr. Sadri at all times. Conscious sedation only mimics sleep by putting you in an intensely relaxed state.
- During your treatment, your vital signs will be constantly monitored. After the procedure, you will likely not even remember the procedure taking place.
- Why only dream of having a beautiful smile, when you can dream while getting a beautiful smile!
Dr. Sadri and his outstanding team are ready to beautify your smile in a way that exceeds your highest expectations. Enhance your appearance with a dental and smile make over, porcelain veneers, bridges, crowns, onlays and inlays, bonding, metal-free fillings, Invisalign, Botox, dermal fillers and teeth whitening...
Bonding is well-suited for minor cosmetic updates, temporary correction of cosmetic defects, is one of the most conservative forms of smile enhancement. Bonding can help repair decaying teeth, fix minor chips, cracks, or gaps. It is convenient, fast and affordable.
Dr. Sadri utilizes his high level of training and artistic ability to create the shape and colors of your natural tooth.
At the practice of Dr. Sadri, we feel everyone deserves a great smile. It is very important to repair missing teeth and restore your natural look.
A crown (also known as a "cap") is used to restore a tooth that would otherwise be in danger of breaking. It covers and protects the entire tooth.
Dr. Sadri is able to perform same day all porcelain crowns that can be fitted in one appointment instead of two.
A dental bridge is used when there is a tooth missing. It usually involves putting a crown on each tooth on either side of the missing tooth, and then a false tooth attached in the middle. A bridge is cemented on and is not removable.
Creating a new smile can be one the most exciting and rewarding things in a patient's life. Dr. Sadri can help you aquire your dream smile through porcelain veneers, whitening, dental implants and with the latest dental technology.
Your consultation with Dr. Sadri is time that is set aside exclusively for you. You will be able to talk with him about any of your questions, anxieties, problems, or concerns about any aspect of your treatment. Be assured that your feelings and views are very important to us and will be listened to with respect and consideration.
One of the most popular and successful procedures in remodeling a smile are through porcelain veneers. This instant orthodontic solution can make significant cosmetic changes to the size, shape, and color of your teeth very conservatively and quickly, in only a few visits. Another bonus of this treatment is the instant face-lift that our patients get when the proper bite is restored and many wrinkles disappear.
As dentists, we are very familiar with two things: the function of each muscle in the face and giving intra-oral injections. Having the ability to deliver dermal fillers and Botox in a completely painless manner is one of the biggest advantages of getting these procedures done in the dental office.
If dentists can deliver beautiful restored teeth, but they are framed by thin wrinkled lips, creased marionette lines and downward facing oral commissures, would the desired effect be the same? Ignoring the rest of the face will limit the final, overall aesthetic result. Dr. Sadri can help you enhance the most out of your smile with a smile make over combined with Botox and dermal fillers.
A dental implant is a titanium screw that is placed into your mouth in conjunction with a implant crown to replace a missing tooth. Dental implants are an ideal option for people in good general oral health who have lost a tooth or teeth due to periodontal disease, an injury, or some other reason.
While high-tech in nature, dental implants are actually more tooth-saving than traditional bridgework, since implants do not affect healthy teeth on either side. They offer many more years of durability and dramatically improve stability, function, health and bone retention.
Dr. Sadri partners with an excellent surgeon, with many of years of experience with whom he trusts to perform the procedure.
He will then restore the implants.
Invisalign is a removable orthodontic appliance offered as an alternative to more traditional orthodontic solutions. Invisalign is intended for people who find the idea of a mouthful of metal braces and brackets too unattractive to commit to. Treatment will consist of a series of aligners that you switch out about every two weeks. Each aligner is individually manufactured with exact calculations to gradually shift your teeth into place. And since your Invisalign system is custom-made for your teeth and your teeth only, with a plan devised by Dr. Sadri you know you'll end up with a smile that truly fits.

Dr. Sadri maintains an amalgam (mercury) free office.
Maintaining the beauty of your natural smile, as well as your health, is the top priority of our dental team.
Metal free fillings are aesthetically superior. They blend into your smile naturally, without any dark lines or obvious metal showing. Metal free fillings require only the removal of compromised tooth enamel unlike metal fillings. They also have a higher rate of fracture due lack of expansion or contraction.
Porcelain onlays and inlays are types of restorative fillings used as an alternative to traditional fillings in teeth that have become damaged due to decay or other types of wear and tear. Porcelain onlays and inlays are molded to fit the tooth precisely without leaving jagged edges. Additionally, they are colored to match the tooth, which prevents the inlay from being visible. Receiving a porcelain inlay requires two visits.
During the first visit, the tooth will be shaped and an impression will be taken. This will be used to create a mold of the tooth for the dental inlay.
During the second visit, the inlay will be cemented. When compared to crowns and bridges, porcelain inlays are much less invasive and requires less tooth structural removal because they are placed within the damage of the tooth and replace its structure as opposed to being placed over the top of the tooth.
The benefits in addition to their resistance to discoloration, porcelain inlays and onlays shore up the structure of the tooth and prevent further decay. Porcelain dental inlays/onlays last twice as long as metal fillings on average.
Porcelain veneers are beautiful, custom-created, natural-looking, extremely thin shells of porcelain used to correct smile defects. It is possible to create a beautiful new smile that you will love to wear easily and quickly. They can correct defects such as chips, cracks, gaps between teeth, discoloration, stains, misaligned teeth.
Porcelain veneers can be fabricated in only a few weeks giving a natural, translucent appearance. They will provide your smile an instant transformation.
Dr. Sadri works along with one of the top labs in the country and is up to date with the latest developments in dentistry, helping to create a smile of surpassing beauty and health.
At your initial consultation with Dr. Sadri, he will want to hear about your likes and dislikes of your smile and what you would like to change. Understanding your desires and through good communication Dr. Sadri will be able to create a smile that you truly love.
Veneers can completely change the overall look of your teeth including size, shape and color. Dr. Sadri will be able to create a wax model of your dream smile with the proposed changes and improvements, allowing you to see what the desired outcome will look like. This will give you an opportunity to make changes to the design before the dentist does any work to your teeth.
Once a design has been agreed on and sent to the lab, Dr. Sadri will shape the teeth. Temporary veneers specially custom-created for you, will be placed by on and will allow you to try out your dream smile and evaluate if you are happy. Any adjustments can be made prior to finishing veneers. Getting the look and fit is extremely important to Dr. Sadri.
Porcelains veneers have a very beautiful, translucent quality that gives your smile a natural look. They are tough, durable and able to deal with the daily functions of your teeth.

What is Zoom! tooth whitening?
Zoom! is a bleaching process that lightens discoloration of enamel and dentin.
What can cause tooth discoloration?
There are many causes. The most common include aging and consumption of staining substances such as coffee, tea or tobacco. During tooth formation consumption of tetracycline, certain antibiotics or excessive fluoride may also cause tooth discoloration.
Who may benefit from tooth whitening?
Just about anyone can benefit from tooth whitening. However, treatment may not be as effective for some as it is for others. With an oral exam, Dr. Sadri can determine if you are a candidate for this procedure, including a shade assessment.
Is tooth whitening becoming more popular?
Absolutely! A bright, beautiful smile can make a big difference. The Zoom! Whitening System makes it easier and faster than ever before.
Is tooth whitening safe?
Yes, research and clinical studies indicate that whitening teeth under the supervision of a dentist is safe. In fact, many dentists consider whitening the safest cosmetic dental procedure available. As with any tooth whitening product, Zoom! is not recommended for children under 13 years of age and pregnant or lactating women.
Do the results last a long time?
By following some simple post whitening care instructions, your teeth will always be lighter than they were before. We recommend flossing, brushing twice daily with Zoom! Whitening Toothpaste, and touch-ups with Zoom! take-home gel. These are professional formula products designed specifically to keep your teeth their brightest. They are available through our office.
Is there any difference between over-the-counter tooth whiteners and Zoom!
Yes! Consulting Dr. Sadri is always the first step to whitening your teeth safely. Over-the-counter tooth whitening strips, brush-on gels and toothpastes take weeks or months to whiten your teeth just a few shades. Zoom! is clinically proven to whiten your teeth eight shades* in one hour or six shades* in just one weekend.
How does the Zoom! In-Office System work?
The Zoom! light-activated whitening gel’s active ingredient is Hydrogen Peroxide. As Hydrogen Peroxide is broken down, oxygen enters the enamel and dentin, bleaching any colored substance while keeping the structure of the tooth unchanged. The Zoom! light aids in activating the Hydrogen Peroxide and helps it penetrate the surface of the tooth.
Is the Zoom! In-office procedure painful?
No. During the procedure, patients can actually watch television or listen to music. Many fall asleep.
Are there any side effects?
Some people experience temporary increased tooth sensitivity to cold during treatment. These symptoms disappear within 1-3 days after interruption or completion of the treatment.
How long is the procedure?
The entire procedure takes just over one hour. The procedure begins with a preparation period followed by one hour of bleaching. A five-minute fluoride treatment completes the procedure (we recommend a cleaning prior to the actual Zoom! Whitening session).
How long does Zoom! Take-Home Whitening take?
The Zoom! take-home gel is designed to be worn between four and eight hours per application. Dr. Sadri will advise you on how long you should wear each application. A recent study showed that you can achieve an average improvement of six shades* after just three nights of use. Dr. Sadri will help you determine how many applications are right for you.
How is the Zoom! Take-Home System different from the Zoom! In-Office System?
The main difference between the two systems is that you use the Zoom! Take-Home System in the convenience of your own home over a few nights. The Zoom! In-Office System is performed entirely in the office.
